Canada Marine Act
Thunder Bay Port Authority officially incorporated and received its Letters Patent on July 1, 1999, following the passage of the Canada Marine Act. Prior to that, it operated as the Lakehead Harbour Commission and the Thunder Bay Harbour Commission.
The Canada Marine Act was last amended on 2024-11-27.
