This role is ideal for a strategic and people‑focused professional who is passionate about cultivating an inclusive, engaged workplace and supporting strong governance and compliance practices. You’ll help guide human resources, organizational development, policy, and governance initiatives that support the Port’s long‑term success.

As a member of the Port of Thunder Bay leadership team, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and staff, provide trusted advice, and contribute to meaningful initiatives that strengthen our people, culture, and corporate stewardship.
