Board of Directors

Industry leaders bring significant experience to the Thunder Bay Port Authority Board of Directors.  Each level of government – federal, provincial, and municipal – names a director for a term of up to three years.  The federal Transport Minister, in consultation with port users, names the remaining four directors. The Board is autonomous and elects its own chair.
